Timothy McNair

Founder, Golden Opportunity Youth Association • Creator of the GOYA Movement • Co-Founder, GOYA Fest

Timothy Luther McNair is a Portland-based community leader focused on creating practical pathways to employment, responsibility and community participation. Public reporting in 2022 connected McNair and a GOYA-affiliated trucking initiative with a direct goal of creating jobs and redirecting young people from violence toward paychecks and work experience. Within GOYA organizational records, he is recognized as Founder of GOYA and Co-Founder of GOYA Fest.
